Refund policy

We hope you love your products from us but we understand that sometimes people want to return items and if you are really not happy with your purchase, just let us know. We have a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to return it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, just contact us at onebarkavenue@outlook.com. And we will be happy to help and offer an exchange or refund. 

Any items being sent back are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back, meaning any postage costs are also payable by the customer. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items), Unless they are Faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you want to exchange your products for something else then simply contact us at onebarkavenue@outlook.com and we will be happy to sort this out for you. We must receive the original goods back before we send the exchange out to you though. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
