Shipping Policy

OneBarkAvenue will aim to dispatch items within 24hours where possible. Shipping anywhere outside the U.K. will be subject to international delivery times and costs. 

All items will be shipped from the U.K. and will have Royal Mail tracking numbers where possible along with confirmation via Shopify to confirm the order has been dispatched.

We pack all our orders with love and in a covid safe manner, are packaging is all fully recyclable so don’t let it’s journey end, help us do our bit for the environment and recycle our boxes.
